We experience boredom today. It may be caused by too much work; or or pressure from things surrounding us, or simply we are just bored. Thus, we search for ways where we can counter it and make our lives enjoyable and worth living. But why hang out and spend a too much treating yourself, if you can have them at the comfort of your home in front of your PC.
There is a lot of funny materials circulating in the Internet. A search in mighty Google or any search engine will land you to websites dedicated to bring humor and fun to your surfing experience. The advent of the Internet gave us a variety of Web resources where we can enjoy and relax through just surfing the cyberspace. And the funny stuffs are limitless, they seem to be increasing all the time, and when you start enjoying them, you’ll also realize that you’re running out of time in order to see all of them.
First are funny songs. These types of songs are oftentimes melodies that bring laughter through the lyrics or its interpretation, or the tune is so cool that we feel like dancing whenever we heard of it. Even songs written by foreigners, those with foreign lyrics seemed to be more acceptable and appreciated than before because of the wide circulation the Web offers to songwriters.
How about TV ads? These things used to be avoided by TV viewers. But not all commercials are bad. There are those commercials, even though we’re not using the product or service being advertised, we still wanted them since they have captured our attention. Most of these funny commercials are very popular in the World Wide Web and they themselves alone are enough to market that particular service or product. Some of them are even banned to be shown in TV, but we’re fortunate we have the World Wide Web, and censors cannot prevent us from viewing them.
This age is also the period where reality shows took place, and reality shows combine wit and humor to bring about true to life shows, not acted by professional artists. Funny pranks are famous and almost every one, regardless of age, race, and gender, are becoming entertainers in their own merit when their shows took the Web by storm.
See, there are a vast resource of funny stuff and entertaining media in the Internet. No need to spend much. Google and a mouse click will do, and that’s when fun starts.
Most of us would stop working if we could. We always crave for it, but that’s about as far as we get-dreaming. Having a 9-5 work just looks inevitable.
